This boy is super handsome and very sleek, he looks like a Velveteen Rabbit, his coat is so fine it looks like a beautiful velvet! He is easy to handle and be around, and is a big 'ole love bug. He is Louisiana bred and has done his time as a racehorse. He has lovely clean legs and has no known injuries or limitations. Charli will crib from time to time, but it is controlled easily with a collar.

All horses are located at Fairmount Park Racetrack in Collinsville, IL 62234, just minutes from St. Louis, Missouri. We’re conveniently located within about 4.5 hours (or closer) of many major cities, including Lexington, Louisville, Memphis, Nashville, Indianapolis, Chicago, Kansas City, Cincinnati, and Columbus.
Each horse is for sale directly by its owner, who determines the purchase price. Gateway Off-Track Thoroughbreds is here to connect you with the owner, guide you through the process, and provide a written bill of sale for your records.
A few important reminders:
All horses listed with Gateway OTTBs are active racehorses with no training beyond the track (unless otherwise noted). They are not suitable for beginners or children without further training.
For safety reasons, riding on racetrack property is not permitted without a valid state racing license.
Free-motion or lunge videos are not available since these horses are stabled at the racetrack.
Horses may continue to race until sold. You can view upcoming entries and full records through the Equibase link provided.
We always recommend scheduling a veterinary pre-purchase exam.
