Congrats Zappa is one I have had my eye on since he was a baby and first got to the track. He is now three, he has tried his hand at racing with 3 starts, but isn't really cut out for it. He is the sweetest boy, no vices, not a mean bone in his body, he's very kind and willing and easy. He has a very nice way of going and was very well behaved on a cold and windy day on the backside. He does have some rounding in his ankle but appears to be sound and trainer says he has never taken a bad step. Very very cute boy, and well-bred as well!
He is just a baby and very lightly raced, the jogging in-hand thing seemed to be quite new to him and he wanted to play - there's been no racing at Fairmount since the fall and he's been cooped up for a bit. Very well-behaved given he's been stall-bound for so long.
Owner/trainer states he has no vices, he is good on the ground and in his stall.
