What an absolute cutie this guy is. He is a little guy with a big brain. He knows how to behave perfectly and really knows how to ask for treats. We measured him with a stick at 15.2 hands; he's that perfect compact size, but has enough body to look like a bigger dude.
Honestly, this guy was so chill that he needed a little "encouragement" to show off his fancy trot. But once we got him going, we could see what a star he will be. With his relaxed attitude, looks, and movement, he could do really well as a hunter, eventer, or western pleasure horse.
He has been ridden by his owner in western tack already, and has ridden trails, been around cows, and turned out in a pasture in a mixed herd. He is unraced and has been used to pony other horses.
He has no known injuries, vices, or limitations!

All horses are located at Fairmount Park Racetrack in Collinsville, IL 62234, just minutes from St. Louis, Missouri. We’re conveniently located within about 4.5 hours (or closer) of many major cities, including Lexington, Louisville, Memphis, Nashville, Indianapolis, Chicago, Kansas City, Cincinnati, and Columbus.
Each horse is for sale directly by its owner, who determines the purchase price. Gateway Off-Track Thoroughbreds is here to connect you with the owner, guide you through the process, and provide a written bill of sale for your records.
A few important reminders:
All horses listed with Gateway OTTBs are active racehorses with no training beyond the track (unless otherwise noted). They are not suitable for beginners or children without further training.
For safety reasons, riding on racetrack property is not permitted without a valid state racing license.
Free-motion or lunge videos are not available since these horses are stabled at the racetrack.
Horses may continue to race until sold. You can view upcoming entries and full records through the Equibase link provided.
We always recommend scheduling a veterinary pre-purchase exam.
