El Fefo is a very impressive boy! He stands at 17.1 hands high and is built very solidly. He has a gorgeous expression on his face, is playful and fun. He can really really move- watch his video to see this big guy trot!
El Fefo's owner recently passed away quite suddenly and as a result Fefo has just been hanging out in a field until his connections could figure out what to do with him. He is at a great weight, nice and chubby, but he only has one shoe, which you may notice in the videos (doesn't seem to bother him though). That remaining shoe will be pulled and his feet will be trimmed soon. He did have a mild bow almost 12 months ago. It's hardly noticeable, he appears wholly sound and it is nice and cold and set. We think he might make an excellent dressage horse with his build and movement, although he could probably go do anything you wanted him to. Check him out!
Owner states that he has no vices, he is good on the ground and in his stall.

Unless stated otherwise, all horses listed with GATEWAY OTTBs are racehorses at a racetrack, with no other training and are not suitable for beginners or children without additional training unless otherwise stated. No person is allowed to ride any horse on racetrack property without a valid state racing license. No free movement videos are available as there are no free lunge areas. Horses may continue to race until sold. GATEWAY OTTBs always recommends a veterinary pre-purchase exam.
