Here is a chance to own a really wonderful warhorse gelding who has done his time at the track. He has been racing since 2016 - the guy has never had a break or left a 12x12 stall at the track.
He raced in November of 2024, and recently his owner passed away. We have been asked to find him a home where he can be someone's best pal and he can try out some new things. He raced 67 times and earned more than $160,000- he has definitely earned a new life. He has an old knee injury that is reported to have occurred in 2019. He raced for 4 years after that very consistently. As his owner recently passed away, Made to Fit was passed down to the owner's brother. His connections state that he is sound on that knee. We are trying to get the X-Ray. He only had one shoe left, on the front left, so bear that in mind when you see him jog. He is a little thin, and could use some groceries and some R&R. .
He was a perfect gentleman throughout the time we saw him- leading and standing beautifully, not giving us a bit of trouble at any point. He is super sweet and enjoyed a little cuddle.
We think he could go on to do many things, and will do them well.
He is retiring with no known vices. He is great on the ground and in his stall.
