Oh this boy is so lovely. And I just love his name, Perfumer. His trainer states that he is just perfect, easy to have around, easy in his stall, easy to gallop and work, a true pleasure to have in the barn. He is not a fast racehorse, so now it is his time to retire to his next career. I love how he is put together, love his shoulder and neck, and that face is to die for too! He has no known injuries or vices, trainer states he has always been a sound boy.

All horses are located at Fairmount Park Racetrack in Collinsville, IL 62234, just minutes from St. Louis, Missouri. We’re conveniently located within about 4.5 hours (or closer) of many major cities, including Lexington, Louisville, Memphis, Nashville, Indianapolis, Chicago, Kansas City, Cincinnati, and Columbus.
Each horse is for sale directly by its owner, who determines the purchase price. Gateway Off-Track Thoroughbreds is here to connect you with the owner, guide you through the process, and provide a written bill of sale for your records.
A few important reminders:
All horses listed with Gateway OTTBs are active racehorses with no training beyond the track (unless otherwise noted). They are not suitable for beginners or children without further training.
For legal and safety reasons, riding on racetrack property is not permitted without a valid Illinois Racing Board jockey or exercise rider license.
Free-motion or lunge videos are not available since these horses are stabled at the racetrack.
Horses may continue to race until sold. You can view upcoming entries and full records through the Equibase link provided.
We always recommend scheduling a veterinary pre-purchase exam.
