Wow, this boy is really special. He is a 2022 model and already almost 16.2 hands, he will fill out to be an impressive boy. He is unraced as he is not showing any desire to be a racehorse, so they are hoping he will be happier as a sport horse, or pet! He is very well bred, and by the famous stallion Flatter. Flatter offspring are everyone's favorites!
He has no vices and no injuries, but he's a young horse and kind of silly and sweet. He's very curious and wanted to taste my phone. He did NOT understand the point of posing with his ears up or eyes open or legs in certain places. He said it was dumb.

All horses are located at Fairmount Park Racetrack in Collinsville, IL 62234, just minutes from St. Louis, Missouri. We’re conveniently located within about 4.5 hours (or closer) of many major cities, including Lexington, Louisville, Memphis, Nashville, Indianapolis, Chicago, Kansas City, Cincinnati, and Columbus.
Each horse is for sale directly by its owner, who determines the purchase price. Gateway Off-Track Thoroughbreds is here to connect you with the owner, guide you through the process, and provide a written bill of sale for your records.
A few important reminders:
All horses listed with Gateway OTTBs are active racehorses with no training beyond the track (unless otherwise noted). They are not suitable for beginners or children without further training.
For legal and safety reasons, riding on racetrack property is not permitted without a valid Illinois Racing Board jockey or exercise rider license.
Free-motion or lunge videos are not available since these horses are stabled at the racetrack.
Horses may continue to race until sold. You can view upcoming entries and full records through the Equibase link provided.
We always recommend scheduling a veterinary pre-purchase exam.
